Music transcends...

As a pianist, composer, arranger, teacher, and recording artist, Jeremy Harvey has played piano and loved composing since the age of two. He holds a Bachelor of Musical Arts degree in composition and piano performance from Brigham Young University-Idaho and his Master’s in Computer Music Composition from the Peabody Conservatory of Music at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Jeremy has his own YouTube channel (pianomaniac14) that features his original compositions and arrangements in a variety of styles. His albums can be heard on Apple Music and Spotify. He has been featured on the Catch the Flo radio show, and his music has been broadcast on WMAR, WBAL, and KSL. Following graduation from Peabody during the pandemic, Jeremy taught theory, composition, and scoring at Maryland Conservatory of Music. In 2021, Jeremy developed and taught a course in sound design and electronic music remotely at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah. Jeremy is also the recipient of the Judy Van Ostrem scholarship for the arts awarded by Lighthouse International, an organization dedicated to helping visually impaired individuals. His latest projects include composition and production for an aviation-themed YouTube channel, research into software with inclusive design, and an album centering around “humanized” classical music performances by a computer. Living with the challenges of low vision and cerebral palsy, Jeremy's "life vision" continues to enable him to conquer challenges and celebrate the good things in life.
